Ok on this post I want to hear from you. If you had to do some serious extreme trucking which would you rather try?
Have you ever seen the Ice Road Truckers show? Talk about insane. These guys take loads over completely frozen roads every day like it is nothing. I am in awe ever time I see one of these shows. I will say these guys are underpaid whatever they are getting needs to be doubled because they are literally risking their lives on every single trip. Would you rather transport a load across a frozen Tibbitt Lake in the northern Canadian territories?
The other show that I have watched is IRT Ice Road Truckers Deadliest Roads. These roads are even crazier if you ask me. I am in awe when I’m watching these people on this show. Its absolutely crazy have you ever seen the roads in India where if you blink you can slide off the side of a mountain. They usually are in a straight truck or class C commercial vehicle but the risk is still the same. One wrong move and its over. Then add to it the fact that the people in India drive like professional stunt men or something. Very entertaining show but really shows the difference in culture.
I have to say personally I could not do either one of these I am just not wiling to risk my life over a truck load, sorry. However which one would you rather try if you had to? Would you carry a combination vehicle over frozen ice or drive a straight truck up a mountain cliff? The only person I saw do both is Lisa Kelly. She is the real deal when it comes to courage. I take my hat off to her for basically taking a truck anwhere it can go on the planet.
Which would you choose?

You can be like me and opt out of either all together call me spoiled if you want but I love my Florida sunshine seriously. I’m not about to be in the Arctic tundra with a load going down a mountain side where I have no visability. Sorry, call me what you wish but I’m not doing it. I don’t know how much those guys get per load but it would have to be rock star numbers for me to get involved. Just shows how much risk some people are willing to take, for the money.
